REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
The items for your return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in its original packaging.
Unfortunately our Eyeshadow palettes CANNOT be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To process a return, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return meets our return criteria, further instructions will be provided to you on how to return the item(s).
Please note that any of the returned items that are not in its original condition will not be refunded. You are also responsible for the shipping fee for your returns.
